This exceptional show features juried handmade arts and crafts from dozens of artisans around the region. It also brings thousands of shoppers to Woodson High School and benefits the Woodson Rowing Team — a family-supported organization that offers an excellent athletic experience to Woodson students.

Woodson Rowing Team proudly represents the Fairfax region and has brought several State Championships and a National Championship titles to our area. As a club sport, Rowing is not supported by any school funds and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. 

This show has THREE UNIQUE FEATURES: 
— NO ADMISSION FEE for shoppers
— ELECTRICITY is included in the booth fee
— STUDENT ATHLETES are available to assist crafters with loading and unloading their supplies! 

SHOW DETAILS

  • Hours: 10 AM – 4PM. Set up 7:00 am – 9:30 am; Saturday, November 1, 2025
  • Absolutely no buy-sell, resale or kits are allowed. All items offered for sale must be handcrafted by the exhibitor. 
  • Vendor Registration fee is $120 per booth (chair(s) will be provided). Corner booths and tables are available for an additional fee. 
  • Once your items are juried and your application is accepted, there are no refunds. 
  • We will be required to comply with any health-related protocol required by the Commonwealth of Virginia and Fairfax County Public Schools.
  • The show is indoors, but if there is a weather-related cancellation (unlikely) or a health-related cancellation, the base application fee cannot be refunded.
