Buy An Erg

The team has 4 C2 ERGs available for purchase for $350 each. These are older models, but still completely functional.

Purchase is on a first come first served basis.  You will not be able complete the form once the stock has been exhausted. So, if you are able to submit the form, you’ve bought an erg.

This form will close on May 28.

Please indicate below which date you would like to pick up the equipment (May 29 or May 31).  If are not able to pick up on these dates, please send an email to [email protected] to make arrangements for pick up.

Purchase Agreement

IN CONSIDERATION OF the above named Purchaser providing the amount noted below (the “Purchase Price”), Woodson Rowing will provide, at a time and place agreeable to both parties, the following property:

PROPERTY: Used Model C Concept2 rowing machine

PAYMENT METHOD: Via PayPal or Credit Card as provided below.

WARRANTIES: The Seller warrants that the Property is free of any liens and encumbrances and that the Seller is the legal owner of the Property. The Seller also warrants that the Seller has the full right and authority to sell and deliver the Property and that the Seller will defend the title of the Property against any and all claims and demands.

‘AS IS’ CONDITION: The Purchaser acknowledges that the Property is sold ‘as is.’ The Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranty as to the fitness for a particular purpose and any implied warranty as to merchantability. The Seller expressly disclaims any expressed or other implied warranties.

LIABILITIES: The Seller does not assume, nor does the Seller authorize any other person on the behalf of the Seller to assume, any liability in connection with the sale or delivery of the Property.

INSPECTION: The Purchaser accepts the Property in its existing condition given that the Purchaser will either inspect the Property upon receipt or was given the opportunity to inspect the Property but chose not to inspect it.

GOVERNING LAW: This Purchase Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

These terms are accepted by the Purchaser upon delivery of the terms to the Purchaser or the agent or other representative of the Purchaser.
