Athlete Registration for the Stotesbury Cup *

Price: $550.00

This is the REQUIRED registration fee for athletes to attend the Stotesbury Cup Regatta in Philadelphia with the Woodson Rowing team. This includes athlete transportation, hotel and all meals.

OPTIONAL EXPENSES FOR SPECTATORS

Spectator Meals & Snacks at the Team Tent

Meals, snacks and sports drinks in the team tent at the Stotesbury Cup Regatta are provided for student athletes as part of their registration fee. While there are refreshments at the event, if you’d like to buy a meal pass for any non-athletes to eat at the tent, select the option above and note how many people you are purchasing a meal pass for at $30 per person.

Hitch a Ride with the Team (Adults only)

There are a limited number of seats on the bus for additional adult riders (beyond a coach who must ride with students per FCPS rules and a volunteer chaperone). If you’d like to hitch a ride in one of these seats, please select the option above and choose either one or 2 seats, at $75 per person. These extra seats are provided on a first-come-first-served basis, so this portion of the fee may be refunded to you if there are not enough seats available to accomodate extra adult riders.
